Why Allah Created This World (The Purpose Behind This Life Explained)
Have you ever looked at the sky…
watched the sunset…
or felt completely lost in life…
and quietly asked yourself:
“Why did Allah create this world?”
This question is not just a thought.
It’s a doorway.
A doorway to understanding your existence…
your pain…
your happiness…
and your purpose.
Because this world…
is not random.
It was not created without meaning.
Allah says in the Qur’an:
“And We did not create the heaven and the earth and that between them in play.” (Qur’an 21:16)
This world is not a game.
It is not meaningless.
It is intentional.
Every sunrise…
every breath you take…
every moment you live…
has a purpose behind it.
But what is that purpose?
Allah gives us a clear answer:
“He who created death and life to test you as to which of you is best in deed.” (Qur’an 67:2)
This life…
is a test.
Not a test of how rich you become…
or how famous you are…
but a test of your heart.
Your patience.
Your faith.
Your choices.
Think about it…
If this world was perfect,
if there was no pain, no struggle, no loss…
then what would be the purpose of faith?
What would be the meaning of patience?
What would be the value of turning back to Allah?
This world was created imperfect…
so that your connection with Allah becomes real.
Because it is in your hardest moments…
that your most sincere duas come out.
When everything breaks…
you remember Allah.
And that…
is not weakness.
That is the purpose.
Allah created this world so that you can find Him.
Not with your eyes…
but with your heart.
Look around you.
The sky that stretches endlessly…
the oceans that never stop moving…
the mountains standing strong for centuries…
These are not just creations.
They are signs.
Allah says:
“Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and the earth… are signs for those who reflect.” (Qur’an 3:190)
This world is like a mirror.
It reflects the greatness of its Creator.
But only those who pause…
who think…
who feel…
can truly see it.
Another reason Allah created this world…
is to give you a chance.
A chance to choose.
A chance to turn back.
A chance to become better.
You will make mistakes.
You will fall.
You will feel lost.
But every time you return to Allah…
that is success.
This world is temporary.
It was never meant to be your final home.
Allah reminds us:
“And this worldly life is nothing but diversion and amusement. And indeed, the home of the Hereafter – that is the real life.” (Qur’an 29:64)
Let that sink in…
This life…
is not the real life.
It is only a journey.
A bridge.
A preparation.
You were not created to stay here forever.
You were created to pass through it.
And every step you take…
every decision you make…
is shaping your forever.
Sometimes, you may feel like life is unfair.
Like things don’t make sense.
Like your prayers are not being answered.
But what if…
everything happening in your life…
is actually guiding you closer to Allah?
What if your pain…
is not punishment…
but direction?
This world was created with both beauty and hardship.
Because without darkness…
you would never appreciate light.
Without pain…
you would never understand mercy.
Without tests…
you would never grow.
Allah created this world
not to make you comfortable…
but to make you conscious.
Conscious of Him.
Conscious of your purpose.
Conscious of your destination.
So the next time you feel lost…
remember this:
You are not here by accident.
This world was created with meaning.
And you…
were placed in it with purpose.
To worship.
To grow.
To be tested.
And ultimately…
to return to Allah 🤍It's not late..You can return now, just bow down towards Allah😌❤️
